Oaksphere Connect is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support day-to-day recruitment and HR operations.
Eligibility
- HSC/ Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
