We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supplier Lifecycle Management Analyst to support and optimize our supplier’s onboarding, data governance, and lifecycle processes. This role will be instrumental in managing supplier data across SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), SAP Buying and Invoicing (B&I), SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), Contract Management platforms and multiple ERP systems (JDE, SAP, SAP S4/HANA), ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in office)
- Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding workflows in SAP Ariba SLP and SAP B&I and MDG.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to validate supplier information and documentation.
- Collaborate with respective IT teams/business sponsors/suppliers to resolve issues arising during supplier onboarding process.
- Monitor and improve supplier master data quality across systems including contracts.
- Implement data validation rules and cleansing processes.
- Support audits and compliance checks related to supplier data.
- Identify and implement improvements in supplier lifecycle processes.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance system integrations between Ariba SLP and MDG and respective ERP systems.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials for supplier data management.
- Generate reports and dashboards on supplier onboarding status, data quality, and compliance metrics.
- Collaborate with Data Analytics and IT teams to automate standard reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends.
- Act as a liaison between procurement, compliance, finance, and IT teams.
- Support change management and training initiatives related to supplier lifecycle tools.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba SLP and SAP MDG is required.
- Experience in Vendor master data maintenance in JDE and SAP ERP systems
- Strong understanding of supplier master data structures and governance principles.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication (fluent in English on a verbal and written level).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certification on SAP SLP, B&I, MDG systems are preferred
- 3+ years of experience in supplier management, data governance, or procurement operations.
