About the role
Serve as the representative of the District Innovation Cell and support the effective implementation, monitoring, and strengthening of Digital Learning and Innovation Programmes across the district. The role will facilitate coordination between schools, district administration, and the State Innovation Cell while fostering an enabling ecosystem for innovation, creativity, and technology-enabled learning.
Key Responsibilities
Innovation Cell Coordination
- Act as the district-level representative of the Innovation Cell.
- Support the District Innovation Cell in planning, monitoring, and reviewing Digital Learning and Innovation Programmes.
- Work closely with designated Nodal Officers, MEOs, Headmasters, and district officials to ensure effective programme implementation.
- Facilitate coordination between schools, district authorities, and the State Innovation Cell.
Programme Monitoring & Support
- Monitor implementation of the Book on Digital Learning across schools and track key programme indicators.
- Conduct 3-4 school visits per week to observe implementation, identify gaps, and provide on-ground support.
- Jointly conduct monitoring visits with MEOs and district officials to assess programme effectiveness.
- Follow up on action points and support timely resolution of implementation challenges.
Innovation Ecosystem Development
- Enable a district-wide ecosystem for innovation, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Support innovation challenges, exhibitions, hackathons, project showcases, and other experiential learning opportunities.
- Promote effective utilization of ICT Labs, Computer Labs, ATL Labs, and other innovation infrastructure.
- Identify and document best practices, innovative projects, and success stories from schools.
Reporting & Reviews
- Submit weekly progress reports to district authorities and the Innovation Cell.
- Present implementation updates, achievements, and challenges during district review meetings.
- Ensure Digital Learning and Innovation Programmes are included in relevant district-level review mechanisms.
- Maintain programme data, monitoring records, and documentation.
Capacity Building
- Conduct and facilitate training, orientations, and workshops for teachers and officials at district and state levels.
- Support teachers in effectively delivering digital learning and innovation activities.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
