HOG Digital is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities, acquire clients, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking, and online platforms.
- Reach out to prospective clients and schedule meetings.
- Convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Present HOG Digital's digital marketing, branding, and creative services to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up until deal closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding.
4. Market Research
- Research industry trends, competitors, and potential markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and growth strategies.
5. Reporting
- Maintain daily sales activity reports and update CRM.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
