Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented VMC/CNC Operator to operate and maintain CNC/VMC machines for precision component manufacturing. The candidate should have basic knowledge of machining processes and the ability to ensure quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate VMC/CNC machines as per production requirements Load and unload raw materials and finished components Read and understand engineering drawings and job orders Set tools and fixtures as per job specifications Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning Inspect finished products using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.) Maintain production records and report any issues to the supervisor Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all time
