Job Summary:
We are looking for a New Product Development Engineer who will help design, develop, and improve new products. The candidate should be active, willing to travel to sites/clients, and able to handle development work from concept to final stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on new product design and development
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for requirements
- Visit sites/clients for product trials and feedback
- Prepare basic reports and documentation
- Support testing and quality checks of new products
- Identify improvements in existing products
Requirements:
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Automobile / Production or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in product development (freshers can also apply)
- Basic knowledge of design and manufacturing processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
Mandatory:
- Own laptop for work purposes
- Own bike for travel (field visits are required)
- Valid driving license
Other Details:
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
