About the Role
We are looking for an ERPNext Developer / Frappe Developer with strong hands-on experience in ERPNext Manufacturing. The role involves ERPNext development, customisation, implementation, integrations and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customise ERPNext Manufacturing processes.
- Work on BOM, Work Order, Job Card, Workstation, Production Planning, Material Transfer and Stock movement.
- Develop and customise Buying, Selling and Stock modules.
- Build custom scripts, reports, print formats, workflows and DocType customisations. Develop and maintain REST API and third-party integrations.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into ERPNext solutions.
- Participate in requirement gathering and functional discussions with clients.
- Conduct ERPNext product demos for clients.
- Support UAT, testing, deployment and production issues.
- Work with the internal functional and development team during ERP implementations.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ERPNext / Frappe Framework.
- Strong practical experience with ERPNext Manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of Buying, Selling and Stock.
- Experience with Python, Frappe Framework and JavaScript.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and ERP integrations.
- Ability to understand business processes and map them to ERPNext.
- Good communication and client-facing skills.
Good to Have
- ERPNext implementation experience. Knowledge of ERPNext Accounting and other modules.
- Experience with custom reports, workflows and print formats.
- Experience with UAT and production support.
- Key Priority: Strong hands-on experience in ERPNext Manufacturing.
