Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations by managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and assisting staff with administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain filing systems, databases, and office records.
Manage office supplies and place orders when needed.
Greet visitors and provide customer service.
Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Support managers and team members with administrative projects.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
