Job Title: Industrial Sales Engineer
Location: Indore & Jabalpur
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Competitive Incentives

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Industrial Sales Engineer with experience in industrial products such as gearboxes, compressors, pumps, motors, and lubricants. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales across key industrial areas and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in industrial segments
Promote and sell products including gearboxes, compressors, pumps, motors, and lubricants
Visit industrial areas like Pithampur, Sanwer Road, Dewas, and nearby regions regularly
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and OEMs
Conduct product presentations and provide technical solutions to customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer satisfaction
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
2–5 years of experience in industrial sales / OEM / dealership of industrial equipment
Good knowledge of industrial products (gearbox, compressor, pump, motor, lubricants)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel up to 75%
Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with valid license
Immediate joiners preferred
