Visual Designer (Contract Role)
Bangalore | On-site
40 hrs/week | Rotational global shifts

At The Motion Story, we work at the intersection of strategy, design, animation, and AI driven storytelling. From global campaigns to immersive digital experiences, we partner with brands like Amazon, Meta, Spotify, CRED, and Reliance to create work that actually moves people.
Now, we’re looking for a Visual Designer to join the creative team working with Amazon Prime Video.
What you’ll do
- Create high quality digital assets, key art, layouts, and promotional visuals
- Work on global entertainment campaigns across regions and platforms
- Design mockups, creative decks, and localized adaptations
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and QA teams
- Manage fast turnaround projects without compromising quality
- Maintain templates, asset libraries, and organized workflows
What we’re looking for
✔ 3–5 years of experience in an agency or production environment
✔ Strong portfolio with versatile design work
✔ Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and creative workflows
✔ Someone who can balance creativity, speed, and attention to detail
✔ Comfortable working with global teams and structured systems
Bonus points if you
- Have worked on high volume creative production
- Understand entertainment, marketing, or streaming content design
- Love solving workflow and design challenges
