1. Analyze purchase requisitions received from the site.2. Basic material knowledge related to construction materials, including specifications, calculations, and conversions.
3. Invite quotations from suppliers, create comparative analyses with other and negotiate.
4. Samples followup
5. Generate purchase orders & post them to suppliers.
6. Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries from suppliers to ensure all items reach the site on time and according to the planned schedule.
7. Follow up on supplier payments with the billing department.
8. Knowledge of In4velocity, Farvision, or SAP is an added advantage
9. Market survey for new material and development of new supply sources.
10. Study of new product introduced in market to pursue better quality products at competitive rates.11. Knowledge of MIS reports, such as Pending Indents, Pending POs, and Non-approved POs etc 12. Coordinate with the superior on a day-to-day basis.13. Maintain files / records related to purchasing activities.14. Conduct site visits and coordinate with site personnel and store personnel to minimize and resolve any problems
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
