Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers / Admission Executives to handle cold calling, student outreach, follow-ups, and admissions support for our aviation academy.
Freshers with good communication skills as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesCold Calling & Student Outreach
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective students and parents
- Introduce aviation and hospitality courses professionally
- Generate interest and schedule walk-ins / counselling sessions
Follow-Up & Conversion
- Follow up regularly with interested students
- Coordinate with counsellors for admissions and walk-ins
- Maintain strong communication and conversion-focused follow-ups
Admissions Support
- Explain basic course details, fees, and career opportunities
- Maintain calling records and daily activity reports
- Support admission campaigns and promotional activities
Reporting
- Maintain daily call logs and follow-up status
- Update management regarding conversions and student responses
Requirements
- Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred
- Basic computer knowledge

Salary
₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month
(Incentives based on performance may be offered)
