Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee brand building initiatives, positioning Saphire Blue as a trusted and preferred choice in target markets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to guide strategic direction.
2. Business Development & Growth
- Drive acquisition of high-value customers and new business opportunities.
- Work closely with sales teams to develop market entry and expansion plans.
- Identify and evaluate market segments for product promotion and growth potential.
3. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct detailed market intelligence to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Prepare detailed reports and develop data-backed strategies for management.
4. Integrated Marketing Campaigns
- Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, field activations, partnerships).
- Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies for effective campaign delivery.
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaign effectiveness.
5. Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams (sales, product, creative) and external partners.
- Manage communications with stakeholders, suppliers, and channel partners.
- Provide leadership to marketing teams and mentor junior resources.
6. Content & Digital Marketing
- Oversee development of compelling content for company collateral, website, product materials, and social platforms.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and analytics.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and offline platforms.
7. Events & Promotional Activities
- Plan and execute trade shows, product exhibitions, webinars, and customer engagement events.
- Ensure marketing support for product launches and promotional calendars.

What We Are Looking For:
- 8–9 years of proven marketing experience with a track record of leading successful campaigns and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
