Roles and Responsibilities:
- General Administration & HR activities.
- Maintaining the company's statutory registers.
HR Management:
- Manpower planning and development
- Assisting in Performance appraisal
- Office management, Work studies and performance standards
- Conducting interviews and recruitment process with respect to manpower requirement on getting prior permission from the management
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training
- Conducting exit interviews and managing the offboarding process
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Handling employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Mediating conflicts and fostering a positive work environment
- Providing support and guidance to employees on HR related matters
- Implementing performance appraisal systems and conducting performance reviews
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment, health, and safety
- Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures
- Keeping abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and ensuring compliance
- Communicating HR policies and procedures to all employees
- Organizing employee engagement activities and events to promote morale and team building
- Generating HR reports and metrics to track key performance indicators
- Implementing strategies for employee retention and talent development
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and advising management on compliance matters
- Handling legal issues related to employment
General Responsibilities:
- Assist / coordinate / work with other executives and assure that the company objectives are achieved
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conference, travel arrangements
- To follow schedules, delivery and other instructions in coordination with the clients.
- Take, type and distribute minutes of meeting, presentations
- Arrange and confirm appointments
- Organize internal and external events
- Handling company correspondence like phone, email, etc.
- Coordinate with all departments and prepare the MIS periodically and maintain databases, confidentially
- Comply with all the rules, regulations and the procedures of the company as notified from time to time
- Carrying out official outside visits whenever required
- Assisting in the day to day operations of the company
- Assisting in the formulation of the organizational structure
- Personal work given by Directors
- Maintaining the legal property document of Directors
Qualifications / Requirements:
Experience : 1 to 5 years
Education : Bachelors (or) Masters Degree in Business Administration / B.Com / any
relevant specialisation with HR background
Industrial Type : Energy / Manufacturing / Industrial/ Production/ Machinery/ Analysis
or Consulting Engineering Company / Analysis Company
Function Area : HR / Finance / Administration / Management / Accounts / Legal

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
