- Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, online research, and referrals
- Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory or market segment
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
2. Client Interaction & Relationship Building
- Meet and communicate with clients (in-person, phone, or virtual meetings)
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business
3. Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Plan and execute strategies to increase sales volume
- Track personal performance against KPIs
4. Product/Service Presentation
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients
- Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively
5. Sales Closure
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Negotiate terms and close deals successfully
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
6. Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and reports (CRM usage if applicable)
7. Coordination & Teamwork
- Work with marketing, operations, and support teams
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns
- Participate in team meetings and sales planning sessions
8. Customer Support (Post-Sales)
- Ensure customer satisfaction after sale
- Handle queries, issues, or escalations when required
- Support renewals and upselling opportunities
