- Looking for Experienced Candidates 4 or 5 years.
- Supervise daily powder coating operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor plant performance, equipment utilization, and shift efficiency.
- Coordinate with production teams to meet delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer specifications, and internal quality benchmarks.
- Oversee surface preparation, coating thickness, curing, and finish quality.
- Conduct inspections and approve finished products before dispatch.
- Manage operation of coating booths, ovens, conveyors, and pretreatment systems.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
- Implement process improvements for higher efficiency and reduced wastage.
- Allocate tasks and supervise operators, helpers, and technicians.
- Train staff on safety practices, equipment handling, and coating techniques.
- Motivate the team to maintain productivity and discipline.
- Maintain records of production output, material consumption, and rejection rates.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review.
- Track powder usage and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment
- Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure use of PPE.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations for waste disposal and emissions.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
