Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead the sales strategy, recruitment, and performance management for a high-end luxury real estate project. The role requires strong leadership, premium client handling expertise, and proven experience in luxury residential/commercial project sales.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional client experience aligned with the brand positioning of the project.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the high-end project.
- Define pricing strategy in coordination with management.
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and revenue forecasts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
2. Team Recruitment & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team (Channel Sales & Direct Sales).
- Set individual KPIs and sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Build a motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented sales culture.
3. Sales Execution & Target Achievement
- Drive bookings and revenue as per defined targets.
- Lead high-value client negotiations and deal closures.
- Ensure strong follow-up mechanisms for leads and conversions.
- Monitor lead funnel, conversion ratios, and sales pipeline.
4. Channel Partner Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage premium channel partners and brokers.
- Develop incentive structures and engagement programs.
- Strengthen relationships to drive consistent business flow.
5. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships with HNI/UHNI clients.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience from inquiry to booking.
- Address escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with marketing for campaign planning and lead generation.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for smooth transaction closure.
- Provide regular MIS reports and sales analytics to senior management.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 8–15+ years in real estate sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in selling luxury/high-ticket projects.
- Strong experience in team recruitment and management.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong network with channel partners and HNI clients.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Educational Qualification
- MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred)
- Graduate in Business Administration or related field
