Hiring: IT Support Executive | Bangalore
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Position: IT Support Executive
Reporting To: Manager – Warehouse
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Configure laptops/desktops, image devices, and manage user access.
- Support Microsoft 365, Teams, video conferencing, and remote work tools.
- Provide on-site and remote IT support to end users.
- Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation.
- Perform system updates, software installations, and configuration changes.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements.
- Monitor data backups, antivirus, patch management, and endpoint security.
- Manage support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.
Eligibility
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Helpdesk.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Active Directory.
- Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, email, and network issues.
- Familiarity with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and IT documentation.
- Strong communication, customer service, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
