PVC MARKETING EXECUTIVE MANAGER

Job Responsibilities
- Marketing & Sales of UPVC Doors and Windows
- Meet Builders, Architects, Contractors & Individual Customers
- Conduct Site Visits, Lead Generation & Business Development
- Prepare Quotations, Negotiate & Close Orders
- Follow up with Clients and Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Achieve Monthly & Quarterly Sales Targets
- Lead and guide the marketing/sales team to achieve business goals
- Assign daily sales activities and monitor team performance
- Develop marketing strategies to expand market presence
- Prepare sales reports and present performance to management
- Coordinate with production, installation, and service teams for smooth project execution
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships
Requirements
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in UPVC Doors & Windows Industry
✔ Experience in Sales & Team Handling
✔ Strong Communication, Leadership & Negotiation Skills
✔ Field Marketing & Business Development Experience
✔ Ability to Handle Client Meetings & Site Visits
Note: Must have experience in uPVC doors & windows
