Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Java & Python Trainer to deliver high-quality classroom and online training. The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, hands-on development experience, and a passion for mentoring students to become industry-ready software professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions in Core Java, Advanced Java, and Python.
- Train students on Python programming, including modules, packages, file operations, database connectivity, and frameworks such as Django or Flask (preferred).
- Develop lesson plans, presentations, assignments, assessments, and lab exercises.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Core Java and Advanced Java.
- Excellent proficiency in Python programming.
- Good understanding of OOP concepts, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Database Management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA,BCA or a related field.
- Relevant technical certifications are an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Java/Python development, technical training, or both.
- Freshers with exceptional programming knowledge and strong communication skills may also apply.
