Looking for HR Executive responsible for overseeing our hiring processes, creating referral programs and updating HR policies to be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Planning human resource requirements in consultation with Team Leaders and Managers of different departments and coordination of selection interviews.
- Providing clear job definition to the candidates, screening for performance, testing competencies and conducting targeted interviews.
- Identifying candidates on the basis of technical and non-technical requirements, scheduling and conducting interviews and verifying candidate's credentials & career expectations.
- Negotiating compensation packages, reference checking and hand holding the candidates till joining.
- Providing support to business in entire talent life cycle from on-boarding till exit.
- Lead the development of Talent Acquisition strategy in support of corporate goals and in alignment with our corporate values.
- Developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements.
- Coordinating and conducting walk-in interview and campus recruitment as per need.
- Vendor management wherever required.
Desired Candidate Profile
On-Boarding/ Recruitment
- Planning and execution of induction for all new joiners.
- Ensuring that a new joiner gets all the required assets on first day of the joining.
- Introducing the new joiners to concern authorities and people they need to know.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle operations and performance management of the mandates and to ensure that quality service standards are maintained at all times.
- Pursue every available outlet (deep web, social media, databases, networking, internet, job boards, in-house channels) to find the intelligence/information that is requested
- Managing the hiring process
- Administrative functions, Employee Verifications, Attendance & Leave management, Exit formalities
Documentation and Database management
- Employee Database Management.
- Documentation of new joiners, issuing the offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter and other letters are per requirements.
- Completing the exit formalities of staff leaving the company.
- Attendance & Leave Management.
Performance Management
- Co-coordinating and conducting the performance reviews of employees.
- Sourcing resumes from portals, taking initial interviews, handling Joining, salary negotiations etc.
- Maintaining day to day tracker & performance tracker as well.
Skills and Experience Required
- 2-4 years relevant experience in hiring IT candidate or software development domain.
- Graduate or postgraduate in HR Field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills & presentation skills
- Understanding of HR policies & process.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
