Job Role
We are looking for dynamic Pre-Sales Professionals with strong outbound tele-sales experience to generate leads, engage customers, and convert inquiries into site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to assigned leads
- Convert leads into qualified site visits
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers
- Handle customer queries and follow-ups professionally
- Coordinate with sales team for visit scheduling
- Achieve daily and weekly conversion targets
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hardcore outbound tele-sales experience
- Strong communication, convincing & negotiation skills
- Target-driven sales mindset
- Fluent in English & Tamil
- Comfortable working on weekends
