- Process customer billing for furniture and accessories using SAP (POS / SAP FICO / SAP Retail)
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital payment modes
- Generate invoices, receipts, delivery notes, and warranty documents
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, discounts, GST, and offers as per company policy
- Maintain daily cash register, reconcile cash collections, and prepare end-of-day reports
- Coordinate with sales staff for order confirmation and billing accuracy
- Update customer details and sales data in SAP system
- Assist in handling returns, exchanges, and credit notes
- Maintain proper documentation and comply with audit requirements
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers
