We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the dealership sales team, achieve sales targets, and drive business growth while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Plan sales strategies, marketing activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate vehicle stock, deliveries, and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with dealership and OEM sales processes.
- Handle customer escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance, prepare reports, and manage incentive.
Requirements
5+ years of automobile sales manager experience, including team management.
