1.Responsible for all legal and statutory documents and its renewal
2.Monitoring Hostel & Canteen & responsible for redressing workers grievances in those areas
3.No critical / Major issues to be reported on Factory compliance audits as per COC or no follow up audits
4.Improve on time arrival of employees - Target 100%
5.To ensure daily monitoring of Factory Health & Safety / Housekeeping / Transport / Canteen / Compliance / Personnel / Electrical/ Security / Recruitment / Payroll
6.To ensure daily visits to all departments/ Hostel / Outside
7.Monitoring and maintaining the committee meeting in efficient method
8.To ensure all the vehicle documents updated /renewal on every month( Insurance / FC / Permit/ PUC)

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
