- Contact existing and potential customers through phone calls and emails.
- Generate and qualify leads for automation products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable automation solutions.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams for customer requirements.
- Provide basic technical support related to PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, and Control Panels.
- Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports.
- Schedule customer meetings and support business development activities.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
