Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily vehicle deployment and ensure timely dispatch operations.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and follow up on servicing activities.
- Track fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle utilization to improve efficiency.
- Maintain records of vehicle documents, insurance, permits, PUC, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding route planning, vehicle availability, and operational issues.
- Assist in reducing vehicle downtime by ensuring preventive maintenance compliance.
- Monitor breakdowns and coordinate with workshops for quick resolution.
- Prepare daily and monthly fleet MIS reports and operational data.
- Support logistics and operations teams in efficient vehicle allocation and movement planning.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 0.6–1 years in fleet operations, transport management, or logistics.
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; diploma/degree in Transport/Operations Management is a plus.
Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Fleet Operations, Transport Management, Logistics, or Vehicle Management.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport documentation.
- Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and fleet management tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
