tRole: GRC Security Analyst Experience: 5 – 8 Years Work Mode: Hybrid _ 3 4 days Working form Airbus Office Location: Airbus Office, Bangalore Profile Summary : Security Analyst responsible for conducting cybersecurity compliance and risk assessments of business applications, ensuring adherence to security standards, identifying security gaps, and working with stakeholders to drive remediation and secure business operations.
Skills Required
. 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, or GRC roles.
. Strong experience in Risk Assessment and Compliance Assessment.
. Hands on knowledge of Network Security and Cloud Security.
. Understanding of security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
. Experience with security technologies including Firewalls, IAM, DLP, MFA, IDS/IPS, and NAC.
. Knowledge of Cloud Security Architecture and secure solution design is an advantage.
. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
. Perform cybersecurity and compliance assessments of business applications.
. Conduct risk assessments, identify security gaps, and recommend remediation actions.
. Work closely with application teams to ensure applications meet security and compliance requirements.
. Review application and security architectures to validate security controls.
. Track remediation activities and manage security exceptions where required.
. Collaborate with business stakeholders, application owners, and security teams.
. Maintain assessment documentation, reports, and security records.
. Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, standards, and best practices.
