Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Initiate cold or warm calls to prospective customers to pitch products, services, or subscription packages.
• Filter marketing-generated leads by asking targeted questions to assess their budget, need, and buying authority.
• Address customer hesitation, counter pricing complaints, and shift focus on product value to secure immediate sales.
• Follow up consistently with undecided prospects through scheduled callbacks to push them through the sales funnel.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily call volume quotas, connection rates, revenue targets, and conversion metrics.
• Document client notes, pipeline status, deal sizes, and future follow-up dates in the immediately after calls.
Core Competencies
• Mastery of closing strategies (e.g., urgency creation, trial closes) to secure commitments over the phone.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product value and de-escalate customer grievances.
• High motivation to handle frequent rejection positively and maintain high energy across hundreds of daily dials.
• Ability to catch subtle verbal cues from a prospect to tailor the sales pitch to their specific pain points.
• Rapidly memorising complex product features, pricing tiers, and promotional offers to answer questions instantly.
