Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Software Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to build high-performance, secure, and reliable software solutions while contributing to architectural decisions and engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js (TypeScript) and/or Go.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend applications using React, Svelte, or similar modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in product roadmap discussions, sprint planning, and feature prioritization.
- Design and improve scalable, secure, and maintainable system architecture.
- Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and migrations across relational and NoSQL databases.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure application reliability and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and system failures.
- Write high-quality unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Conduct and participate in code reviews while promoting coding standards and best practices.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Collaborate through pair programming, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt modern technologies and engineering practices.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js (TypeScript) and/or Go.
- Strong frontend development experience using React, Svelte, or equivalent JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Pay: ₹380,290.43 - ₹1,233,284.45 per year
