Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive cum Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable connecting with potential clients through calls and messages. The role involves understanding client requirements, introducing our products/services, generating qualified leads, and building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Introduce and pitch the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and messaging.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential clients.
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead status in the CRM or database.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, follow-up, and lead generation targets.
- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to communicate effectively with clients.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
