Job Summary
Richmax Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic Tours & Travels Manager to lead and manage daily travel operations at our Colachel location. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge in the travel industry, and the ability to manage customer relations and team performance effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the tours and travels division
- Handle tour packages, travel bookings, and customer inquiries
- Supervise and guide the operations team
- Develop business strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and travel partners
- Ensure smooth execution of travel plans and itineraries
- Prepare reports and maintain operational records
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role
- Experience in tours, travels, hospitality, or related industry preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and customer handling
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
