Position: Business Support Manager
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Shift Timings: 09:15 AM – 06:30 PM (Shift arrangements must be adaptable based on workload.)

Overview
UBIK Solutions Private Limited is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Business Support Manager to drive seamless coordination across business functions. This role will work closely with management to ensure the smooth execution of projects, streamline operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor cross-functional projects to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Manage task delegation, follow-ups, and progress tracking across internal teams.
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, developers, marketing agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
- Review and approve content, creative assets, and business deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes by implementing new tools, technologies, and operational best practices.
- Coordinate product development activities, vendor communications, and website enhancement projects.
- Prepare MIS reports, business dashboards, budgets, and other management reports as required.
- Support employee onboarding, internal training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Work closely with senior management on strategic projects and special assignments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Experience in planning and executing e-commerce marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
