- Operations Oversight: Direct daily cleaning activities, assign staff tasks, and schedule shifts to ensure continuous coverage.
- Infection Control Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to, and train staff on, health regulations, sanitization protocols, and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Inspections & Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of patient rooms, common areas, and specialized areas (e.g., OR, ICU) to meet sanitation standards.
- Staff Management: Train, supervise, evaluate, and mentor housekeeping staff, including managing attendance and providing feedback.
- Inventory & Equipment Management: Monitor and order cleaning supplies and maintain specialized cleaning equipment.
- Customer Service: Resolve complaints from patients, visitors, and staff regarding cleanliness promptly.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
