Core Responsibilities
- BOQ & Cost Analysis: Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), conduct quantity take-offs, and develop cost estimates based on design drawings and specifications.
- Vendor & Procurement: Solicit and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and material suppliers, maintaining an updated database of market rates.
- Budgeting & Profitability: Implement cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle and analyze the financial impact of design changes or variations.
- Tendering Support: Assist in competitive bidding processes by providing accurate technical data, pricing sheets, and tender documents. [1, 2]
- Billing & Contracts: Verify contractor bills, reconcile material quantities, and evaluate discrepancies between estimated targets and actual on-site expenditures
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
