Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans aligned with company goals
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing team
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional activities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and budgets

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–8 years of experience in sales and marketing in Publishing field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful campaigns Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue growth percentage
- Customer acquisition and retention rates
- ROI on marketing campaigns
- Team performance and productivity
- Should have experience in Ed-tech company
