Position: UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join the growing team and shape the digital experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a strong aesthetic sensibility, and prior experience designing for D2C or e-commerce brands. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and conversion-focused experiences across our website and digital platforms.
- Design visually engaging, user-friendly, and responsive website and app interfaces that reflect the brand’s identity and enhance overall user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify user needs and behavior patterns that inform design decisions.
- Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and workflows to stakeholders and developers.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to align design strategies with business goals and campaign objectives.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide to ensure brand coherence across all digital touchpoints.
- Analyze user journeys and website performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement design updates that enhance usability and conversions.
- Ensure that all design elements adhere to the brand’s clean, pastel, and modern aesthetic while maintaining high functionality.
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously improve the brand’s digital experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, UI/UX, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within D2C, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce design principles, responsive design, and user psychology.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, layout, and composition.
- Ability to translate insights and data into effective design solutions.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
