About the Role
We are looking for energetic, self-motivated MBA graduates to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our business growth by identifying new opportunities, initiating first contact, and building a robust sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold Calling: Make targeted outbound calls daily to prospects to introduce our products/services.
- LinkedIn Prospecting: Use LinkedIn to identify, connect, and engage with key decision-makers.
- Lead Generation: Qualify inbound leads and proactively generate new outbound sales opportunities.
- Meeting Scheduling: Secure and schedule product demonstrations or discovery calls for senior sales reps.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions in our sales database.
Requirements
- Education: Recent MBA graduate (Specialization in Marketing, Sales, or International Business preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Mindset: Highly resilient, comfortable with rejection, and driven by targets.
