Key Responsibilities
- Store Development & CustomizationDevelop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Create responsive, user-friendly storefronts optimized for desktop and mobile devices.Implement custom sections, templates, and page layouts based on business requirements.
- App Integration & DevelopmentInstall, configure, and integrate third-party Shopify apps and APIs.Develop custom Shopify apps or private apps when required.Ensure compatibility and smooth functionality between apps and the store.
- Performance OptimizationOptimize page load speed and overall store performance.Improve SEO-related technical aspects such as site structure, metadata, and schema markup.Monitor and resolve issues affecting store functionality or user experience.
- E-commerce FunctionalitySet up and manage products, collections, variants, and inventory features.Implement payment gateways, shipping methods, taxes, and checkout customizations.Support promotions, discount codes, and marketing campaign requirements.
- Testing & Quality AssuranceTest store features across browsers and devices to ensure consistency.Debug and fix front-end and back-end issues.Maintain code quality and follow best development practices.
- Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver store enhancements.Translate business needs into technical solutions.Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams or clients.
- Maintenance & SecurityPerform regular updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.Ensure store security and compliance with Shopify standards.Monitor for bugs, vulnerabilities, and platform updates.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Shopify platform and Liquid templating language
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design
- Experience with Shopify APIs and app integrations
- Understanding of e-commerce workflows, SEO, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
