We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliances, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will combine solid core accounting expertise with modern technical skills (Excel, Power BI, and AI tools) to drive process efficiency and support the Senior Finance Manager.
Core Responsibilities
- Core Accounting & AP: Manage day-to-day GL entries, end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP), vendor invoice processing, reconciliations, and employee expense reimbursements.
- Financial Closing: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including preparing accruals, provisions, and Balance Sheet schedules.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely compliance and accurate filings for GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other legal requirements with zero penalties.
- MIS & Analytics: Design and maintain MIS reports, financial dashboards, and fixed asset records using advanced Excel and Power BI for executive review.
- Audit & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for internal/statutory audits and resolve cross-functional finance queries.
- Process Innovation: Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize workflows, eliminate manual redundancies, and improve financial reporting efficiency.
Key Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)
- Accounting Expertise: Strong foundations in General Ledger (GL) accounting, vendor management, and financial closing procedures.
- Taxation Knowledge: Practical, working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliances.
- Tech Stack: * Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Business Central, or similar).
- Advanced MS Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas).
- Experience building dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
- AI Savvy: Demonstrated ability or high aptitude for using AI tools to automate and streamline routine finance tasks.
- Soft Skills: High analytical accuracy, strong time-management, cross-functional collaboration, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

- Turnaround Time: Timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and month-end closing.
- Compliance Risk: 100% accurate statutory filings resulting in zero compliance penalties.
- Data Quality: High precision in MIS reporting, ledger reconciliations, and dashboards.
- Operational Efficiency: Measurable process improvements or time savings achieved via automation and AI implementation.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
