Job Description
Position: Interior Site Supervisor
Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E. Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision.
- Experience in commercial, retail, office, hospitality, or residential interior projects is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Monitor manpower, material usage, and site progress.
- Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with company safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, clients, consultants, and architects for timely execution.
- Conduct quality inspections and rectify any workmanship issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline and budget.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of interior finishing works and fit-out execution.
- Ability to read and interpret construction and interior drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project reporting.
- Willingness to travel and relocate based on project requirements.
Preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Experience in turnkey interior contracting projects is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
