Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Electrical Manager / Sr. Electrical Engineer with 5–6 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plant utilities and industrial ovens, along with strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain plant electrical utilities, including transformers, DG sets, compressors, and electrical panels.
Handle installation, operation, and maintenance of industrial ovens.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure minimum production downtime.
Monitor electrical systems for safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory.
Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and company policies.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of plant electrical maintenance.
Experience in utilities and industrial ovens is mandatory.
Knowledge of LT/HT systems, MCC, PCC, motors, drives, and control panels.
Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot control circuits.
Good leadership, planning, and team coordination skills.
Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
5–6 years in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Mandatory experience in Utilities & Industrial Ovens.
Preferred Candidate
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage maintenance activities independently.
Good communication and team management abilities.
