Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Site Supervisor with an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) degree to join our team. The ideal candidate will supervise on-site operations, ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently and to a high standard. You will collaborate closely with senior supervisors, contractors, and other team members to ensure the smooth execution of daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise site activities, ensuring project compliance.
- Monitor daily progress and report to senior management.
- Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines.
- Resolve site issues or conflicts.
- Maintain accurate records of work, attendance, and material usage.
- Support quality control and communicate effectively with the project team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- ITI degree (in relevant trade).
- Previous site experience (preferred but not required for fresh ITI graduates).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of safety and compliance requirements on construction site
