Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance team. The candidate should have 2–3 years of accounting experience and be familiar with accounting software, GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and process invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry in accounting software. GST & Tax Compliance Assist in GST return preparation and filing.
Maintain GST records and documentation.
Handle TDS calculations and related documentation.
Coordinate with consultants and auditors when required.Bank & Cash Management Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
Monitor cash and bank transactions.
Maintain records of payments and collections.
Accounts Payable & Receivable Follow up with customers for outstanding payments. Process vendor payments as per approved schedules.
Maintain customer and supplier account statements.Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Assist during internal and statutory audits.
Coordination Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Stores, and Operations teams. Support management with financial data and reports as required.
Qualifications B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance. Knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Experience Required 2–3 years of experience in Accounts and Finance.
Experience in manufacturing, trading, or distribution companies preferred.
