Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer/Consultant with strong expertise in Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting end-to-end HRSD solutions and a solid understanding of HR processes within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Lead and contribute to a minimum of 2 end-to-end HRSD implementations.
- Configure and customize HRSD modules, including:
- HR Case Management
- Knowledge Management
- Employee Service Center (ESC)
- Gather and analyze business requirements with HR stakeholders.
- Develop workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
- Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations.
- Provide production support, enhancements, and continuous improvements.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and automation.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery).
- Experience delivering at least 2 end-to-end HRSD implementations.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide API.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Good understanding of ITSM and HR processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow HRSD Certification.
- Experience with Employee Workflows and HR Case Management.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
