Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide students in choosing suitable courses and provide support throughout their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and understand their academic and career goals.
- Provide detailed information about courses, programs, fees, and career opportunities.
- Respond to student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct interactions.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate student and lead records.
- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.
- Assist students with the admission and enrollment process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Address student concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve assigned admission and counselling targets.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and student engagement programs.
