About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-focused Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative abilities, a clear understanding of client needs, and hands-on experience in developing layouts and coordinating with execution teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and design efficient and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces
- Create detailed 2D drawings for assigned projects
- Interpret client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions
- Maintain organized records for each client and track daily progress updates
- Visit project sites for measurements and better project understanding
- Develop furniture layouts and finalize soft furnishing selections
- Prepare electrical layout drawings based on approved designs
- Secure client approval for Layout and Item List (LIL) before starting detailed drawings
- Obtain internal approval from the Design Manager before client presentations
- Work closely with the 3D Visualizer to develop realistic design views
- Revise drawings based on feedback and project needs
- Prepare accurate cost estimations for projects
- Share finalized drawings with the production team/factory
- Coordinate with execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and gather feedback post-completion
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design tools
