ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a sharp, driven Business Development Executive to join our Sports Division. You will be at the heart of our Kickboxing Super League and other sports marketing mandates — building brand partnerships, creating sponsorship pitches, and executing match-day activations that make fans and brands sit up and take notice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Identify and acquire new brand clients for sports marketing mandates, sponsorships, and partnerships
– Develop compelling sponsorship decks, proposals, and integrated campaign strategies for sports properties
– Manage end-to-end client relationships from pitch to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and satisfaction
– Plan and execute match-day activations, on-ground experiences, and digital amplification strategies
– Collaborate with creative, digital, and production teams to deliver cohesive multi-channel campaigns
– Stay current with IPL, ISL, EPL, and other sports ecosystems to identify emerging brand opportunities
– Track campaign performance metrics and deliver insightful post-campaign reports to clients
– Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
– 2+ years of hands-on experience in sports marketing, sponsorship sales, or brand activation
– Demonstrable knowledge of IPL, ISL, EPL, and the broader Indian and global sports ecosystem
– Strong client-handling skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
– Proven experience in creating structured sponsorship proposals and campaign strategies
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
– Highly organized with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables under pressure
– Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with a passion for sports and brand storytelling
GOOD TO HAVE
– Experience working with a sports property, franchise, or sports-focused agency
– Existing relationships with marketing decision-makers at consumer brands
– Understanding of digital sports content, fantasy sports, and fan engagement platforms
