Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic Inside Sales Executives to connect with prospective students and parents, explain our courses, and schedule counseling sessions with our academic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and engage with company-provided student and parent leads
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, curriculum, and career opportunities
- Address queries related to courses, college partnerships, and coaching centres
- Identify interested candidates and book counseling sessions
- Maintain lead records and follow-ups in the CRM
- Coordinate with the counseling team for smooth candidate handover
- Achieve daily and weekly calling and conversion targets
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome)
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Kannada
- Telecalling, admissions, or sales experience is a plus
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
- Basic CRM knowledge or willingness to learn
- Target-driven with strong follow-up skills
