We are hiring Tele Caller / Customer Care Executives for our online boutique team.
Job Role:
* Handle customer calls and WhatsApp chats
* Reply to customer queries politely
* Assist customers with order booking and updates
* Maintain good customer communication
* Coordinate with team regarding customer issues
Requirements:
* Good communication skills
* Basic English & Malayalam speaking ability
* Friendly and patient attitude
* Basic mobile/WhatsApp handling knowledge
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
